           There is a warning on certain individuals, companies and/or agents which representation rights has been revoked unconditionally and absolutely, effective date 24th, March, 2014, by decision of The Board of Directors, so any action taken by such unauthorized individuals, companies and/or agents may fall under the scope or certain legal rights infringement including misrepresentation, deception and/or intention to deceit, fraud, patent and trademark infringement, copyright infringement, IP Rights infringement, etc.

           Such actions may derive into administrative, patent law, trademark law, IP protection laws actions as well as civil and/or criminal charge against responsible actors and/or offenders. Legal actions will be taken to the utmost consequences. Any individual, corporation, company, agent, or business that may enter in contact with such unauthorized person/corporation/etc., will be responsible by itself for any losses and/or damages incurred as consequence of such relationship.
