So therefore a certain number of our inventions and innovations are not covered by a patent or patent application/publication but instead we´ve decided to protect under different WIPO treaties related to the Protection of Trade Secrets and other International and National Laws, including the UTSA (Uniform Trade Secrets Act) and other applicable regulations within the U.S. and other countries where the company is operating.

The company maintains both an IP Registry and a Document Repository. Both archives are protected to ensure access only to those with authorization and/or permit within the company. Notwithstanding from time to time the company release new registries and authorizations for license, sale and disposition of rights derived from those research, patents, utility models, IP registrations, brands, trade marks, and any other evidence of property, no matter the kind and nature of legal recognition the company may own.
To get access to our document repository, patent archives, IP documents, articles, publications, Research papers, and other protected materials from our company, please make enquiries in write to the Chief scientific Officer´s Office to the following address: [email protected]. Please note that any enquiry should expose the motives of request and a brief explanatory text regarding the uses to give or pretended for the requested release documents. Any enquiry an the enquirer should be aware that he´s or she´s application will be taken and considered as if he/she understands and accepts (impliedly) all responsibilities and liabilities definen within national and international Laws and Treaties protecting IP. No request will be processed without full details and identification of applicants. Violations will be prosecuted. To all those under the Confidentiality Agreement Penalty, please note that minimum amount of penalty for violations is established within the contract agreement, so this clause will be enforced and executed immediately once violations became discovered and proved.
