ND PHARMA & BIOTECH´S NEW ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES IN SPAIN

ND Pharma & Biotech announces the opening of a new administrative offices within the Asipo Business Park and Office´s Buildings Complex, located in Asturias, Spain, to complement the existing corporate offices and work/manufacturing centers in Spain, where the company is experiencing a significant increase and development of business thanks to the developing markets and new projects open from Southern Europe. The new administrative office will center and attend all the EMEA countries and certain parts of Latin America for the Food & Nutrition Division while Pharmaceutical Division and Biotechnology will remain governed by London Office and Research Centers operated by the Company at different locations worldwide. Spanish economy is far from growing, but The Board of Directors still tends to make a strong bid for the prompt recovery of such economy and market, supporting such growth actually with the international business expansion and promotional tasks.
